The California Department of Public Health’s Food and Drug Branch (FDB) is pleased to announce the following upcoming food-safety training courses that are free of charge for all food processors with a valid Processed Food Registration (PFR) issued by the FDR.  Advance registration is required. Allergen Control Will cover the key elements for controlling food allergens.  We will discuss compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act
