Fulfillment Team, Barista & Cashier

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable food and coffee lover to join our fulfillment and front of house team. KitchenTown Cafe has pivoted into KitchenTown Curbside — an online marketplace and bakery with weekend curbside pickup. We have now added a walkup window where we serve to-go coffee beverages, pastries, bread, and a limited menu of breakfast items. An ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, practice sound judgment, manage downtime effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Individuals with restaurant, barista, retail, and/or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to provide training too!


  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
           – Greet guests, take food and drink orders, process payments, ensure customers get their food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Make espresso, coffee, and tea drinks.
  • Attentively pick and pack the correct number of items for curbside orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe outdoor dining space.
            Clean and disinfect surfaces as needed, keep pastry case tidy, run dishes to the dish area.
  • Restock merchandise and supplies as necessary.
  • Educate the public as a “brand ambassador” for KitchenTown.

Hours & Schedule:

  • Part-time available
  • Weekend availability required

Compensation & Perks:

  • Average hourly wage with tips between $21-23 per hour
  • Free food and drinks
