We’re so proud of Lisa Stoy, Founder of Green Girl Bakeshop, for moving into her own production facility this week!

We are extremely sad to see her go, but we are excited for the continued success that awaits her.  With her own production facility, Lisa will have more space to keep scaling and growing Green Girl Bakeshop.  She hopes to be a national brand in the near future, and we have no doubt that she will.

Green Girl Bakeshop was one of KitchenTown’s very first startups.  Lisa started Green Girl Bakeshop after being diagnosed with a severe health condition and food allergies.  She couldn’t find any desserts she could eat, so she founded Green Girl Bakeshop.

Since coming to KitchenTown, Lisa has scaled her production from 10-15 cases when she first arrived, to 700 cases and growing.  Her brand has gained a dedicated following and is one of THE BEST plant-based ice cream companies.  She uses all organic ingredients, produces in small batches, and makes each flavor with care.
